• COVID-19 tests: Like the flu tests, COVID-19 tests help diagnose the presence of the virus and can help determine the course of treatment. We offer both rapid antigen and PCR COVID-19 testing to symptomatic individuals, travelers or those exposed to confirmed cases. Rapid tests provide results within minutes, while PCR tests are more detailed and typically return results within 24-48 hours.
• Sexually transmitted disease (STD) screenings: CareNow provides confidential testing for a variety of STDs. These conditions can lead to a variety of complications, and getting tested is vital for prevention and treatment.
• Pregnancy testing: We provide urine-based pregnancy tests that deliver prompt and reliable results for early prenatal care planning.

• Drug screening: We provide drug screening services for a variety of needs. You may need a drug screening to fulfill employment requirements, for post-accident records or Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance. These screenings may involve urinalysis, blood draws or hair testing.
• Electrocardiograms (EKGs): We can also provide EKGs to help assess heart health. An EKG can detect heart conditions such as arrhythmias, heart attacks and other cardiac issues. Our clinics are equipped to perform EKGs promptly, aiding in the swift diagnosis of non-emergent heart-related concerns.
• X-rays: X-ray services are available on-site to assess various conditions, including fractures, infections and lung issues. Our advanced imaging technology ensures high-quality images for accurate diagnosis.

Physical exams and sports physicals

Physical examinations are useful for various purposes, including:

• Yearly physicals: These health assessments give you a basic picture of your overall health and wellness. We can provide these exams at certain locations if you're not able to meet with your primary care physician (PCP), or if you don't have one. Please call and confirm availability before your visit.
• School physicals: These exams assess medical history, vital signs, posture, reflexes and vision for students. Immunizations may be provided, along with guidance on exercise and nutrition.
• Sports physicals: Also called pre-participation physicals (PPEs), these exams assess fitness for athletic activities. They review medical history, check vital signs, and identify potential areas of risk if participating in sports. If cleared, a signed sports physical form confirms eligibility and up-to-date immunizations.
• Workplace physicals: These exams may include vision and hearing tests, drug screenings and strength assessments. Some positions, like commercial drivers, require DOT physicals to meet workplace standards.

Note that some tests are performed on-site for quick results, while others are sent to reference laboratories, typically returning results within 24 hours.
