Can CareNow® urgent care treat my illness/injury or do I need to visit the ER?

When you or your loved ones are sick or hurting, the last thing you need to worry about is where to go to get the care you need. CareNow® urgent care clinics can treat minor injuries, illnesses and non-life-threatening medical conditions. Please view our treatments page for a full list of medical conditions we can treat. For medical emergencies and life-threatening health conditions, please call 911 or visit the closest emergency room.


What types of insurance does CareNow® urgent care accept?

CareNow® urgent care accepts most major healthcare insurance plans, leaving you to pay only the cost of your visit or urgent care co-pay. For a comprehensive list of accepted insurance plans, please visit our health insurance page. If you do not have health insurance, we offer competitive self-pay rates.


What are the hours of operation for CareNow® urgent care?

Our clinics are open seven days a week and offer extended evening hours. To determine the exact hours of operation, please find the closest CareNow® urgent care clinic.


Do I need an appointment to receive treatment at CareNow® urgent care?

No appointment is necessary and walk-in patients are always welcome at CareNow® urgent care clinics. You can save your spot in line and reduce your lobby wait time with our Web Check-In® feature.

We let you know your place in line and an estimated time to come in.


Can I pay my urgent care bill online?

CareNow® urgent care offers secure and confidential online bill pay. Our portal is convenient, fast and easy to use. Please visit our online bill pay portal to register and log in to your account.


Who do I contact with questions about my urgent care bill?

If you have questions about your medical bill, please call (844) 745-7745. Our friendly customer service team will be happy to assist you Mon - Fri: 7:30 am- 6:00 pm CST with any questions.


How do I request my medical records from CareNow® urgent care?

If you would like a copy of your medical records, you must fill out a Medical Release Authorization form. To obtain a copy of your records, the release form must be completely filled out. Failure to complete the form in its entirety may delay the release of your records. Fax the completed form and a copy of your ID to the Medical Records Department at (855) 874-5286 or email the medical records department.
