Drug and alcohol testing
We help diagnose the underlying cause of injuries and illnesses and can give educated recommendations on how to prevent workplace-related health issues. Our occupational specialists are committed to getting your employees back to work quickly and safely.
We offer a variety of employment-related drug testing options. These include:
- Breath and blood alcohol testing
- Department of Transportation (DOT) drug testing

Urine testing and hair follicle drug tests are available. Hair follicle testing analyzes for illegal drugs within the hair shaft. It measures drug molecules entrapped in hair. For a urine test, a certified urine drug screen collector will direct you on how to collect your sample following any applicable regulation.
Medical review officer (MRO) services are typically included at no additional cost to the employer for any drug screen ordered by our facility.
Physical exams
Various physical exams are also available. These include:
- Basic occupational exams
- Customizable exams upon request
- Commercial driver medical exams by certified examiners
- Pre-employment or returning-to-work physicals
Important information for DOT physicals
To confirm availability of a provider certified for DOT physicals, please call your closest clinic.
Drivers of commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) are required by federal law to receive regular physical examinations under their local Department of Transportation.
DOT physicals are thoroughly regulated for the driver's safety and used to detect physical, mental and emotional issues that could potentially affect a driver's ability to operate a commercial vehicle with utmost safety.
Our DOT medical providers are highly trained to understand these regulations and help prevent drivers from being improperly disqualified.
Other services
If one of your employees gets injured on the job, it can have a major impact on your business. The combination of medical bills, the loss of productivity, workers' compensation paperwork and low morale can all be costly. We have structured our occupational medicine program with your convenience in mind.

- Flu vaccines
- On-site medical services and staffing (at some locations)
